2. Job Seeker Account
- Provide information that is accurate and reasonably current.
- Keep your login credentials confidential.
- Do not create an account using another person's identity.
- Do not allow another person to use your account in a way that misrepresents your identity.
- Notify MataJob.lk if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
3. Profile and CV Information
You are responsible for the information you provide in your profile, CV, cover letter, applications and other career materials.
You should ensure that information such as your name, contact details, education, qualifications, skills and work experience is truthful and reasonably current.
Do not upload certificates, documents, photographs or other materials that belong to another person or that you do not have permission to use.
4. Job Applications

- Do not submit applications using another person's identity.
- Do not intentionally submit false qualifications or employment history.

8. Prohibited Job Seeker Activities
You must not use MataJob.lk to:
- Commit fraud, impersonation or other unlawful activity.
- Submit fake CVs, qualifications, certificates or employment histories.
- Harass, threaten, deceive or abuse employers or other users.
- Attempt unauthorized access to another user's account or platform systems.
- Upload malware, harmful code or intentionally dangerous files.
- Scrape, copy or misuse platform data in violation of applicable law or platform restrictions.
- Manipulate applications, reviews, advertising activity or other platform functions.
- Use another person's personal information without appropriate authorization.
9. Personal Data and Privacy
Job Seekers should understand that information placed in a profile, CV or application may be processed to provide recruitment services and may be shared with relevant employers when you apply for vacancies.

11. Job Search and Employment Decisions

You retain the rights applicable to the content you submit, subject to any permissions necessary for MataJob.lk to operate the services.
By submitting a CV, profile or application, you permit MataJob.lk to store and process that content as reasonably necessary to provide the selected recruitment and career services and to make relevant application information available to the employer associated with the vacancy.

MataJob.lk may update these Job Seeker Terms when its services, recruitment workflows, legal requirements or platform rules change. The latest published version applies to continued use of Job Seeker features.
